Best Salmon - Honey, Mustard, Lime Cilantro, Garlic.

salmon honey mustard lime

Ingredients:

6 pieces of salmon fillet, 5 cm thick (with the skin)


For the marinade:

1 tablespoon of mustard with grains

3 tablespoons of maple or honey

Finely grated lemon or lime zest

Lemon or lime juice (the one you used above)

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1/3 bunch of thyme leaves, separated into leaves/cilantro

3 cloves of garlic, grated

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste


Preparation:

– Mix all the marinade ingredients until you get a uniform sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

– Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

– Place the salmon pieces in a pan and generously rub in the marinade.

– Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
